Tamarra Thomas CakesTamarra Thomas Pastry Chef, Cake Decorator & Wilton Method Instructor
Tamarra has always loved to bake. In the past she was known to say that her cakes tasted great but looked ugly. So in 2001, she enrolled in a Wilton Cake decorating course. Her life hasn’t been the same since. After completing the three courses, Tamarra became a Wilton Method Instructor. She enjoyed teaching and baking so much that she decided to go to culinary school and study baking and pastry. After graduating with highest honors from The Art Institute of Phoenix Tamarra worked for several years on the pastry staff in several restaurants and hotels. Recently Tamarra decided to return to teaching and refocus her career to specialize in beautiful cakes and fine chocolates.
